Our Bread to Bottle Tour takes you through the process we use to turn bakery surplus into premium spirits and liqueurs.
Bread to Bottle includes a tour of our brew house and distillery and tasting samples. $30 per person. Allow at least 45 minutes for the tour.

A brief introduction to our distillery process and samples to try. $15 per person. Allow 15 minutes.
Blend Your Own Botanical Spirit
A 2-hour hands-on workshop where we take you through the basics of making botanical spirits and liqueurs. You create and keep your own 100ml bottle made from our selection of tinctures and botanicals.
$60 per person and booking by appointment Tuesday - Saturday. Minimum group size is 4 but we can combine bookings, so please contact us to check availability.
Distill Your Own Botanical Spirit
A 3.5-hour hands-on workshop where you get up close and personal with our beautiful little alembic copper stills. Designed for 4 people, we take you through the basics of distilling botanical spirits and each person takes away a 250ml bottle of the botanical spirit their group has distilled. We provide light refreshments and a highball to sip while your still is running.
$180 per person and booking by appointment Tuesday - Saturday. Minimum and maximum group size is 4 but we can combine bookings, so please contact us to check availability.
